The game has a different structure to most slots out there with a multi-tier playing format. The game is split into three tiers. If the player wins on the first tier then they progress to spin on the second tier. If they then win on the second tier then they progress to the third tier. The higher up the tiers the player goes, the higher the win multiplier value goes. Wins on the first tier have a x 1 multiplier. Wins on the second tier have a x 2 multiplier. Wins on the third tier have a x 4 multiplier.

In addition to its different format, the game also has some fascinating bonus features. The Rockin' Re-Spin Feature is activated when the player hits two Photo Memories scatter symbols on the first two reels. These reels are locked as well as any other reels that hit the Wild Bonus scatter symbols. The remaining reels left unlocked are then re-spun.

The Photo Memories Bonus Feature is activated when the player hits two Photo Memories scatter symbols and three Wild Bonus scatter symbols. This opens up a screen where the player is presented with a record spinning with Elvis photos spaced around the edge of the record. The player must then spin an arrow that will randomly land on a photo and this will reveal a photo value prize that the player can then collect.

There is also a Fan-O-Meter Bonus Feature which is activated when the player hits three Fan-O-Meter symbols on any bet line. The player must choose one of five televisions in this round. The selected television will then play footage of an Elvis song and a Fan-O-Meter to the side will display how loud the crowd are for that song. The louder the crowd noise, the more a player can win. If the crowd volume hits the top of the Fan-O-Meter then the player will win an Encore and be allowed to pick another television to view another Elvis song.
